Microscope packages are offered at a discount from the list price. After registering for the course, we will send you the promo codes for the microscope packages. Prices do not include tax. Free shipping available.
If you do not have any supplies at all, then you will need the microscope, as well as sample prep supplies. In this list, these sample prep supplies are offered by Hiwassee Products and Home Science Tools. A microscope camera is recommended if you plan to take photos or video, or share any live microscopy with a group.
Generally, a higher cost microscope will provide better image quality, and better camera quality, with better photos and video. We included a lower cost microscope option that still provides good quality imaging. Even lower cost options will have very poor quality imaging and it will be difficult to get good information.
